Year 5 Breadmaking

At the end of March, Year 5 had a go at making bread rolls, as part of our investigation into irreversible changes. We mixed the ingredients, waited for the dough to rise, shaped it, waited for it to rise again and baked it. The rolls tasted delicious!

Croydon Swimming Gala

On Thursday 24th January, Keston gala team which consisted of 35 children competed in the Croydon swimming gala at Purley pool.  The team did amazingly well and fought off strong competition to win the Best Overall Girls and the Best Overall School trophies.

Year 2 Great Fire of London

Year 2 thoroughly enjoyed the workshop with Mr Chadwick the Candle stick maker on Tuesday.  We learnt about the plague and got to act out some of the events during the Great Fire of London.  Some of us dressed up and we all had a chance to take part.
